Emine Erdoğan: "Despite our geographical distance from Africa, our hearts are one and together"

Accompanying President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his visit to Africa, his wife Emine Erdoğan visited an orphanage in Mozambique where children of different age groups are sheltered.

The ceremony was also held to distribute wheelchairs with batteries, which is also being implemented by TIKA in other African countries. Speaking at the ceremony, Emine Erdoğan said, "Despite our geographical distance from Africa, our hearts are one and together. We are happy if we can slightly improve the living conditions of our disabled brothers and sisters."

Emine Erdoğan gave gifts and donations to children at the orphanage. Emine Erdoğan was accompanied by Erzurum MP Zehra Taşkesenlioğlu and ministers' wives.
