Training and Seminar Programs

We open space for understanding our relations with Africa in its historical, cultural and contemporary dimensions. Through our trainings and seminars, we invite knowledge, dialogue and multidimensional thinking.

As Africa Culture House, we design our trainings and seminars as meetings that bring together academic knowledge and current debates that address Africa in a multidimensional way. Our programs aim not only to provide participants with information, but also to create opportunities for critical thinking and contextualization.

Ranging from Africa's historical process to the languages spoken across the continent, from regional structures to its transformation within the global system, the contents address Africa as a dynamic and multi-layered structure beyond a singular narrative. Our trainings offer a comprehensive perspective by bringing together perspectives from different disciplines.

Our trainings and seminars address current topics ranging from humanitarian diplomacy perspective to Turkey-Africa relations, from migration and development debates to continental cooperation. Participants have the opportunity to evaluate these issues with their historical backgrounds and current impacts.
